For the past XX years, MAXXAM Inc., has been a leader in residential and commercial real estate development. To date we have developed, owned, and managed over 30 residential and commercial real estate projects throughout the southwestern United States and in Puerto Rico. With a focus on high-end luxury projects, our real estate portfolio includes residential developments Adero Canyon and Eagles Nest in Fountain Hill, Arizona, Mirada estates in Palm Desert, California, and golf resort Palmas del Mar in Puerto Rico. Additionally, we have extensive experience through investments and development in a diverse range of operational businesses and industries including oil and gas, aluminum, forest products, and pari-mutuel racing.
